| Loooong Time.... |
Month end… market is sooo quiet today…. Any investor in the logical state of mind will not enter the market. The whole world is waiting for the release of the FED’s decision which will determine the next market’s direction… here I am in office, lazing around.. wanna study the research reports but see all the remisiers so nua( they group together to play dai di lor!!)… never mind lah, hit target aledi, give myself a month end break today. Next week will be the start of a new month and gotta stress the target all over again.
When I look at the stock market, I somehow feel that there are correlations to the theories in trading and in life. When the market keeps going up, we are greedy and chase the price as it gets higher and higher. Likewise in life, when things are going on very well, we always want to have something better. When the market goes down, we are fearful. When we meet setbacks in relationships, we are afraid to try new ones because we are fearful. A stock will never trend upwards all the times, when it hits a resistance level, it will fall and at the same time, a stock can never trend downwards all the time. When it reaches a support level, it will rebound. When you make a wrong trading decision, you feel remorse, shame, terror and despair and when it turns out good, you feel hope, joy and satisfaction… At the really lowest point, it will rebound and exhibits trend reversal. All the same theories with life! I told yan yan two weeks ago.. I was reminded of the times she lent me money when I was a poor student in NTU and how deeply I appreciated her help although it wasn’t a big amount of money… she msg me " No worries, people have ups and downs.. I never know when I need your help.." It warms my heart… especially in times like this when I just started this business…. To put it simple, life is never smooth sailing all the time.. it will never be a wrong decision, it just brings us to another different walkways.. No matter which path we take, it will come back to be the same.. the most important thing is to be happy and to have the passion.. Nevertheless, I am contented to know that I have a lovely family and fabulous friends like you guys to give me moral support.. 10 Q.
We will all be gathering at Jo’s house later for today is a day that we’ll never forget in our lives… and I really dunno if it was the date that triggers me to write this blog… If there is one thing we haf in similar, it must our love and how dearly we miss Joscelin…
My dear friends, we may have arguments, disagreements and quarrels but I know damn sure at the end of the day, we truly cares for one another but I always feel that it is my blessing that we can still stay close for so many years. This day makes me feel even more bonded than any usual day.
Enuff of the emotional stuff, later our "man" girl friend will scold me… I’m hungry… wanna eat the spaghetti… see you guys later!!
